8-Acre Clearing

January 2016 - April 2017

Logging, clearing, and clean-up of an 8-acre property located in southern VT. The purpose of this project was to clear this piece of property for a future house site. Reg met with the landowner and hand-selected areas of trees to clear to open up local mountain views of Magic and Stratton.

Home Site Prep

September 2015 - September 2016

Home site prep for a 10-acre property located in Andover, VT. The purpose of this project was to clear and clean-up trees on 5-acres, install a Presby septic system, construct a driveway with French drains, install electrical/phone/internet conduit, and excavate for and install 24 concrete piers for a future home site. This project was visualized by Reg from start to finish and required his understanding of the land/soil, local surrounding views, and the placement of the home on the property.
